London has overtaken New York as the most exciting city for dining, Heston Blumenthal said.

The fried eggs are served with a splash of browned butter with sherry vinegar. The beurre blanc on the tomatoes is enriched by smoked thyme, rosemary and garlic.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal was booked solid for three months before it opened on Jan. 31.
